Unwind Forehead Lines - Gua Sha Tutorial
Welcome to your Gua Sha Tutorial. In this video, we will be targeting to forehead to release tension, fascia adhesion to prevent or reduce wrinkles in the forehead area and 11 Lines. First, we need to have a proper understanding of the Facial muscles from the forehead. The frontalis muscle is responsible for lifting the eyebrows, while the occipitalis muscle, located at the back of the head, pulls the scalp backward, which affects the forward movement of the forehead muscles. These two muscles are interconnected by the galea aponeurotica, a sheet of connective tissue (fascia). When the occipitalis muscles are tense, they restrict the movement of the frontalis, causing tightness in the forehead. Releasing tension in the occipitalis and the scalp is crucial because it frees up the frontalis muscles, allowing for smoother movement, reduced tension, and a more relaxed, youthful appearance. To complete this class you will need a mist or water spray, facial oil and your Gua Sha. Complet Scalp Massage

If you have fragile hair or experience excessive shedding, you may want to skip or adjust the techniques to suit your needs. This massage enhances blood circulation, loosens adhesions in the connective tissue, and improves the flexibility of the fascia and muscles. As a result, your scalp becomes more elastic, receiving increased oxygen and nutrients to promote hair vitality.
Disclaimer: Prior to engaging in any facial exercises or massages in this program, it is crucial to seek advice from your physician or healthcare practitioner. Vagus Nerve Exercise to Rewire your brain from Anxiety
In this video we're going to few erxercises you can use to reprogram your brain and reduce anxiety. First, let's understand what anxiety is and what causes it. Many believe anxiety stems from their thoughts. While changing your thoughts can help alleviate anxiety symptoms, it's crucial to recognize that anxiety isn't an emotion. Emotions result from the brain's interpretation of sensory data from within your body, a process known as interoception. Interoception signals whether you're safe or not. Thoughts don’t directly cause emotions; instead, they alter your internal state, changing the sensory data sent to your brain, which then shifts your emotional state. Anxious individuals often display physical symptoms like tightness around the eyes, clenched jaws, tense necks, and poor posture. These symptoms can become chronic and go unnoticed, becoming part of how we navigate the world. Muscle tension is controlled by your nervous system and brain. Anxiety is a normal part of stress responses, signaling when you're safe or in danger, prompting protective actions. However, it's essential not to remain in this state. To avoid getting stuck, we need to help our nervous system regulate better. Based on the Book 'Accessing the Healing Power of the Vagus Nerve' by Stanley Rosenberg.
