The Website and Services are owned and operated by LOVE THYSELF COLLECTIVE LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or purchasing from our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

By using our Website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

 

2. SERVICES

We provide:

  • The “I Am Glowing” Membership

  • Online face yoga and wellness programs

  • Live private classes

  • Physical beauty tools

  • Botanical skincare oils under BLŌMIN

All Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. HEALTH & EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER

All content is for educational and cosmetic purposes only.

We are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice.

Our Services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Before beginning any exercise routine or using skincare products, consult a licensed healthcare provider if you have:

  • Medical conditions

  • Skin disorders

  • TMJ disorders

  • Allergies

  • Injuries

  • Pregnancy-related concerns

You assume full responsibility for participation and product use.

4. PRODUCT & ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

BLŌMIN botanical oils may contain plant-based and nut-derived ingredients.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • You have reviewed ingredient lists.

  • You are responsible for verifying allergies.

  • You will perform a patch test before full application.

Opened skincare products are non-refundable.

5. MEMBERSHIP TERMS – “I AM GLOWING”

Free Trial (3 Days)

​

We offer a 3-day free trial for both monthly and annual membership plans.

If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged.

If you do not cancel before the trial expires, you authorize us to charge the full membership fee to your selected payment method.

Automatic Renewal

​

All memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

​

Cancellation

​

You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

​

No refunds are issued for:

  • Partial membership periods

  • Failure to cancel before renewal

  • Promotional offers

  • ​

6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

​

All digital products, courses, and downloadable materials are final sale and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Access is granted for personal use only.

7. PRIVATE CLASSES

​

Private sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

No refunds are issued once purchased.

Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.

8. SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

​

All physical product purchases are subject to our separate Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Opened skincare products are non-refundable.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Website content, videos, branding, materials, and course content are the exclusive property of LOVE THYSELF COLLECTIVE LLC.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Record

  • Share login credentials

  • Distribute

  • Resell

  • Create derivative works

Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, LOVE THYSELF COLLECTIVE LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Skin reactions or allergic responses

  • Injuries from exercises

  • Product misuse

  • Service interruptions

  • Shipping carrier losses

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOVE THYSELF COLLECTIVE LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your misuse of Services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Participation in exercises

  • Product misuse

12. BINDING ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

Arbitration shall be administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Arbitration shall take place in the State of Florida.

Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis.

You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class arbitration.

 

Jury Trial Waiver​

​

To the extent permitted by law, you waive the right to a jury trial.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

14. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Services at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

 

15. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of changes.
