USA SHIPPING

​We currently offer FREE shipping for all orders over 150$.

U.S. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping:

We offer standard shipping to all U.S. addresses. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days within the U.S. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes.

U.S. Shipping Terms

Shipment Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipping delays may occur. You will be notified via email of any significant delay.

Lost or Undelivered Packages:

If a package is lost or not delivered during the shipping process, we offer the option to send a new order at the customer's request. However, the shipping fee for the replacement order will be at the customer's expense.

Delivered But Not Received:

If your package is marked as delivered but you do not have it in your possession, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. You may request a replacement order, but the shipping fee will be charged to the customer.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Flat Rate Shipping:

We offer a flat rate of $25 for international shipping to all eligible countries.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Delivery time estimates range from 7 to 30 days, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping Terms

Shipping Fees & Local Charges:

Shipping fees do not include duties, import taxes, or customs charges. These fees may be charged additionally upon arrival, depending on your local regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Method:

We use First Class Package Intl Service for international shipments. Once your package leaves U.S. territory, we no longer have visibility or control over the delivery process. We will provide tracking information, but international tracking may not be available in all regions.

Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for the loss of goods or shipping fees if the package is lost during transit. If the package is lost, a refund for the goods may be issued after an investigation is completed, but the shipping fee is non-refundable and remains the customer’s responsibility.

Delivered But Not Received:

If your package is marked as delivered but you do not have it in your possession, we are not responsible for the loss of goods or the shipping fee. A refund of the goods may be considered after an investigation, but the shipping fee remains at the customer’s expense.

Eligible Countries for Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Order Changes After Shipping

Once a shipping label is created, unfortunately, it is not possible to update your order. If changes are needed, please contact us at contact@selflovewithelodie.com for instructions on how to return your order.
