Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require payment of additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Tools are eligible for return if:

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to deny returns if the product shows any signs of use.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.
B. SKINCARE OILS (BOTANICAL PRODUCTS)
Due to hygiene and safety standards:

Opened or unsealed skincare products are final sale and non-refundable.

Products with a broken safety seal are not eligible for return.
Unopened, sealed products may be eligible for return within 14 days.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
