What’s My Method

My face yoga method is a unique symbiosis of holistic beauty practices designed to rejuvenate, lift, and rebalance your face — naturally.

Inside the I Am Glowing membership, I combine facial exercises, facial massage, Gua Sha, and facial cupping into one cohesive approach.

Each technique plays a specific role.

But it’s their synergy that creates real, visible change.

At the same time, this method is not about rigid routines or doing everything, every day.

You’re guided to understand your face — so you can choose the practices that support you in the moment, depending on your needs, your time, and your energy.

Some days, you may focus on movement.
Others, on release or lymphatic drainage.

This balance between structure and intuition is what makes the method both effective and sustainable.

Benefits of Each Practice

Facial Exercises

Combine static holds and dynamic movements with gentle resistance, often using our own hands — to deeply activate and strengthen the facial muscles. This helps tone and lift the face naturally, improve definition over time, and soften the appearance of fine lines.

They also help retrain habitual facial expressions by increasing awareness of unconscious tension patterns, especially those linked to stress so the face can rest in a more relaxed, neutral, and balanced state.

Gua Sha

A traditional TCM scraping technique that gently glides over the skin to stimulate circulation and release stagnation in the tissues. This rush of fresh blood and nutrients helps soften facial tension, smooth creases, and support skin elasticity — while naturally enhancing definition, lift, and sculpted facial contours over time.

Facial Massages

Using the power of your own hands, facial massage helps release built-up tension in the facial muscles and encourages deep relaxation throughout the face. This mindful touch stimulates blood circulation and supports lymphatic flow, helping to reduce puffiness while restoring a natural, healthy glow to the skin.

Facial Cupping

Gently lifts the different layers of the skin through light suction, helping to unstick fascia and release stagnation within the tissues. This technique supports lymphatic drainage, encourages skin cell regeneration, and boosts the flow of fresh, oxygen-rich blood — leaving the skin plumper, clearer, and more revitalized.
