In the 'I Am Glowing' membership we are combining static and dynamic facial exercises, facial massages, Gua Sha, and facial cupping, this method maximizes the benefits each technique brings, enhancing both inner and outer radiance. Each of these practices complements the others, creating a well-rounded routine that nurtures your face, relaxes tension, and supports natural aging gracefully.
